Competency is pre requirement for earring KPI. No competency - NO NO KPI

14/2/15 I am expecting Venkatesh to aquire the following competencies by 1/1/2016

1. Ability to read drawings Carefully
2. Ability to interpret drawing carefully
3. Ability to use available knowledge - Is a KPI issue. You can have a competency but not earn any KPI if the competency is not used.
