Here are some of the difficulties we are finding in recruitment.
- Most applicants simply click the apply button and really does not read the job posting and the requirements for the job.
- Most applicants do not check the inbox for any responses to the applications they have sent. This is about 80% of all applicants.
- Out of the20% who read the responses and who actually respond, do not read the incoming email properly and do some random things. We have no option to progress with the application.
- Now from the balance, who actually read email and take follow up action, 90% are not suitable because of lack of basic high school mathematics and general aptitude knowledge.
I am not sure whether all recruiters are facing the same problem. We surely are facing this issue
