GUTTER DETAILING POINTS TO NOTE
- Number and location of down pipes
- Maximum drop from High point of roof to each down pipe
- Maximum top of steel under each length of gutter
- Drop required to provide 1:100 gradient.
- ENOUGH SPACE IS AVAILABE FROM UNDERSIDE OF ROOF SHEET TO TOP OF STEEL TO PUT A GUTTER OF SPECIFIED DEPTH WITH A 1:100 GRADIENT
Gutter Depth
Gutter depth is specified at downpipe location. IF gutter cannot fit with full depth and gradient, it may be still possible to install gutter because at high end full depth may not be required as water flow at high end is normall proportionately lower. Must raise an RFI to confirm
